All About Me

My name is Della Maggard and, I am a Licensed Realtor in Tennessee. A little about me. I was born in Texas and moved to Tennessee when I was 5. I was raised in a small town called Clinton, just a short drive to Knoxville. I have lived in several states but have always found my way back home. Tennessee is such a great place to live and full of adventure. Some things I love are hiking, gardening, crafting, and volunteering. I am also a dog mom of two chihuahuas named Thelma and Louise.

First I received my real estate license in Florida in 2016. While in Florida I had the opportunity to help buyers, sellers, and investors. In 2022 I received my license in Tennessee and came home. What is the old saying "You can take the girl out of the mountains but you can't take the mountains out of the girl."
